One of my favorite passages of scripture (alright… it is my favorite) is Psalm 19. Especially verses 12-14:
12 Who can discern his errors?
Forgive my hidden faults.
13 Keep your servant also from willful sins;
may they not rule over me.
Then will I be blameless,
innocent of great transgression.
14 May the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart
be pleasing in your sight,
O LORD, my Rock and my Redeemer.
So 19:14 originally was intended to represent that last verse.
A couple of days after I started the blog I was wondering if anyone would ever be able to figure that out, so I did a google search on 19:14. I was blown away to find out that Psalms isn’t the only cool 19:14 in scripture. There are two more I really like:
Matthew 19:14
14But Jesus said, “Let the children alone, and do not hinder them from coming to Me; for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
And then there’s Revelation
14And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

So that’s the story behind 19:14.
